LIBELLULA LB4J

This newly-designed, highly versatile vibrating spreader is used for levelling, compaction and surface finishing of concrete castings for foundations and floors, either level or sloped. It is also perfect for levelling small and medium-size aggregate. It is equipped with a component that converts motive energy into a horizontal rotary-orbital movement, generating vibration to produce a micro-vibration that can be adjusted depending on the density of the concrete.

LIBELLULA With earthquakes becoming increasingly frequent, this product is appreciated by architects and Construction Supervisors because it gives any casting a high modulus of elasticity, contributing synergistically to reinforcing rods to achieve maximum structural strength.

LIBELLULA has been designed with concepts and constructive technologies that are rare for this type of machine: in addition to lightness and the absence of routine maintenance (lubrication and tightening), it is supplied with a mechanical system, so the performance inside a pre-established interval are fixed automatically, it allows the machine to work under any conditions with maximum performances and lowest possible level of harmful emissions. In addition, it immediately optimises the level of man-machine integration.

LIBELLULA is designed and built to do a great deal of work with just one operator: no concrete pump – even when set at maximum – can overload it. The machine allows spreading of an entire barrel of concrete (8 m3) in just 4-5 minutes.

LIBELLULA produces a high level of finish: if used when casting a roof or floor, you no longer have to lay a screed to assure good adhesion of tar linings or of waterproofing products applied by brush or roller. Based on the size of the surface, this saves you a greet deal in materials and labour, and lets you rapidly amortise the machine.

LIBELLULA eliminates accidents due to distraction because its mechanical parts are protected inside the machine body.

LIBELLULA has ergonomic grips with an exclusive “anti shock” system that lets the operator work continuously without tiring and without damage to his hands from vibration.

LIBELLULA is supplied with a 150 cm. Spreader as standard. Different size spreaders are available on request as accessories: 1m / 1.5m / 2m / 2,5 m / 3 m. Custom sizes may be ordered for specific needs.
